We need you – a proactive Communication Specialist. This is not just a communication role, but a unique opportunity to be part of the growth of a B2B tech company. You’ll play a key role in aggregating insights from Moderan team and shaping them into our brand voice, enhancing our external communications with current and future customers, and driving marketing activities. Your responsibilities as our Communications Specialist:
- Managing all communication and marketing activities within the team and external marketing agencies, with a strong focus on external messages to our current and potential customers.
- Copywriting for various channels and purposes, including website and marketing materials, communicating product information, writing projects etc.
- Collaborating with the sales team on marketing initiatives, including participation in industry fairs and events.
- Ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines across all materials and platforms.
- Exploring and implementing the most effective strategies to achieve professional and impactful communication.
- Managing our various communications platforms.
We are looking for you if you:
- Are fluent in oral and written English.
- Possess excellent written communication skills, able to convey complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Have international experience – either studied or worked in another country.
- Are eager to learn (also new tools), adaptable, and enthusiastic about finding the best ways to get things done.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Proficiency in other European languages, especially German or Polish.
- Prior experience in copywriting, communications or marketing.
- A strong command of common design software to create graphics independently OR the ability to guide others to create the perfect images, graphics and designs.
- A background in B2B business environment, especially software or real estate industries.
