Today our clients manage over \u20ac20B in assets on Moderan, and our business keeps growing!<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">We\u2019re looking for an attentive, Polish-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our team.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">This is not your average customer support job. The role is a unique mix of customer service, onboarding and consulting, all focused on customer success. You\u2019ll help real estate companies get the most out of Moderan. The right person is hands-on, thinks on their feet, and can relate to customers\u2019 problems. You\u2019ll not only learn the software inside out, but also take the time to understand each customer\u2019s business.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Are you quick to learn new things and love teaching others? Do you enjoy helping people and writing clear guides? Then we\u2019ve got the job for you!<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>Make sure our customers have a great experience using Moderan;<\/li><li>Provide excellent customer support by email, phone and chat, helping customers set up and manage their portfolios, and support follow-up sales when needed;<\/li><li>Independently help customers find solutions to complex problems;<\/li><li>Onboard new customers and run post-purchase product training;<\/li><li>Maintain and improve our self-service resources, including our Knowledge Base (available in English, Estonian, German and Polish), as well as internal documentation and team processes;<\/li><li>Follow and help develop an efficient customer success system;<\/li><li>Work with our development team to understand and solve user issues.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>You must have:<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>Fluent Polish, written and spoken;<\/li><li>Excellent English, written and spoken;<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills;<\/li><li>A customer-oriented mindset;<\/li><li>A bachelor\u2019s degree or current university studies.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>A knack for numbers and experience in analytics or finance;<\/li><li>Experience in customer support or another customer-facing role;<\/li><li>Experience in real estate;<\/li><li>Additional languages, such as Estonian, Czech, or German.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"ltr\"><li>The chance to learn everything about an international software business;<\/li><li>Working directly with the team that founded the company;<\/li><li>A competitive salary in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;<\/li><li>The opportunity to shape your own role and career path as we grow our team;<\/li><li>Hybrid work after the first 4 months.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\">Our office is in Tallinn, Estonia.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Does this sound like you?
