We help them grow property value and enjoy their work again by using smart software to automate the time-consuming administrative parts of their work. And our business is growing!

We’re looking for an attentive Customer Support Specialist to join our thriving team.

This is not your average customer support job. The role is a unique mix of customer service, onboarding and consulting, all with a focus on customer success. You’ll be helping real estate management companies get the most out of Moderan. A successful Customer Success Specialist is a hands-on thinking-on-your-feet type of person who can relate to customers’ problems and not only understand the software, but is ready to learn their business specifics as well.

What you’ll do: 

  • Play a key role in our customers having a good time when using Moderan software;
  • Provide exceptional customer support across email, phone and chat, which involves helping them set up and manage their portfolios, as well as follow-up sales when needed;
  • Independently help customers find solutions for their complex problems;
  • Onboard customers and perform post-purchase product training;
  • Providing feedback and/or actively maintaining our customer self-service tools (e.g. FAQs etc.) so that we can help the customer help themselves as much as possible, as well as internal knowledge sources and team processes;
  • Follow and maintain efficient customer success system;
  • Work with development team to understand and solve user issues.

You must have: 

  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
  • Fluency in either Latvian or Lithuanian, any other languages are a bonus;
  • A customer-oriented mindset;
  • Bachelor’s degree or studying.

What would be nice to have: 

  • Knack for the numbers and 2 years of experience in analytics or finance;
  • Experience in customer support or other customer-facing communications role.
  • Experience in real estate.
